Village Point consists of 33 ski-in/ski-out condominiums in Copper Mountain's
East Village at the base of the ski mountain and the Super Bee Chairlift. The Copper Creek Championship Golf Course and the Tubing Hill
are adjacent to this complex.
The Association was incorporated on August 9, 1973, under the Colorado Non Profit
Corporation Act. An elected Board of Directors represents homeowners.
Village Point is managed by Carbonate Property Management
Company.
